These days, there are a number of ways to get online and we have heard many stories ranging from ones that start "My laddie does it..." to " I bought Mister [something-rhyming-with-kite]".  There are also many web designers out there but we hear stories like,  "I can't get a hold of the guy that did it" or "She's back packing round South America on the Inca Trail."

We take holidays too but we have a team of designers to make sure we are only a phone call away if you need something done in a hurry. Better still, we can equip you for the internet trek ahead by providing you with a content management system. Basically, this means you can make changes to your web pages yourself. You just pay us a monthly fee to take care of the techie stuff.

If you want to leave it all to us, you can! We just agree a monthly package that fits in with your requirements.

However, if you are on holiday in Pumpherston or Puerto Rico and fancy updating your own web pages, simply logon to your wifi laptop or pop into an internet cafe and tweak your text 'til you're happy them publish it instantly. What does all this cost? Ten years ago it might have been in the region of £5000 a year for such wizardry for a single user. Today?...knock your own pages into shape... from £25 a month.

All of our websites start with a consultation to understand more about your business. We find this short meeting or telephone conversation sets you on the right path. Our prices may be low but don't undervalue our service! If you are starting out, or even if you are on a second or third generation website, we make sure you get the right tool for the job. We find out how much involvement you want and base our service charge accordingly. Some clients want full control and will spend a lot of time adding to pages and making changes. Other clients want us to do everything for them. We have set out a simple price structure:

SILVER SUPPORT PACKAGE: £25 / month

The silver support package is the minimum package we offer. This is suitable if you want the highest level of control of content at the lowest price. Following your introduction to the software, you will be expected to make most changes to the web pages yourself. We will be on hand by phone or by email to assist with any technical problems and upgrades or plugins. The package includes our full Delta Business Pro Hosting service and one Premier Google Apps Account. Your website will also benefit from our Search Engine Submission service. The setup fee will cover your website and email configuration. There may be an additional charge for on-site set up and training or mobile phone syncronisation

GOLD SUPPORT PACKAGE: £50 / month

The gold support package is similar to the silver package but includes up to 30 miuntes per month of our designer's time for any changes you want us to do on your behalf. This is suitable if you think your website will require continual technical enhancements such as adding or removing pages, preparing images, adding links, contact forms, plugins and additional users (up to 5). Following your introduction to the software, you will still be also be able to make changes to the web pages yourself. We will be on hand by phone or by email to assist with any technical problems. The package includes our full Delta Business Pro Hosting service and one Premier Google Apps Account. Your site will also benefit from our Search Engine Submission service.

PLATINUM SUPPORT PACKAGE: £75 / month

The platinum support package is similar to the gold package but includes up to 1 hour per month of our web designer's time for any changes you want us to do on your behalf. This is suitable if you have multiple sub domains or between 5 and 10 users. It might be a catalogue website with several products or it might have an e-commerce element to it. Following your introduction to the software, you will still be able to make changes to the web pages yourself or you may wish to assign different levels of administrative rights to allow your team to participate. We retain top level rights and control usage. We will also be on hand by phone or by email to assist with any technical problems your team has. The package includes our full Delta Business Pro Hosting service and one Premier Google Apps Account. Additional accounts are £60 per user per year. Your site will also benefit from our Search Engine Submission service.

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

All support packages can be added to as your business needs it based on our standard hourly rate. For example, if the business is going in a different direct such as full e-commerce or adding online events. You may wish to discuss the addition of an online forum for your visitors or a place where they can sign up for an e-newsletter similar to this website. You may also require assistance with web content. This is a specialist area that requires additional time and thought and we are very good at it. It does mean that we need to do more research in to your type of business to allow us to come up with the key phrases and words that are relevant to your business. The end result is that people looking for you on the web will be more likely to find you, contact you and give you business.
