Delta Design Ltd endeavours to keep ourselves and our customers within the law. It is important for us to seek advice from professionals in this field. It is for this reason we work closely with Livingston based legal expert, Tim Musson.

Computer Law Training Limited is a small company based in Livingston, West Lothian specialising in offering training and consultancy services in the areas of data protection and e-commerce law. We are currently working with Tim Musson of  Computer Law Training Limited to ensure Delta Design Ltd and our customers comply with legal requirements.

Tim has a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in IT and Telecomms Law  from the University of Strathclyde.  This gives Tim a sound theoretical background to support activities in this area.  He is a Professional Member of the British Computer Society and a member of both the National Association of Data Protection Officers (NADPO) and the Society for Computers and Law.
